On the day of your arrival you will receive an SMS to the mobile number supplied with your booking details.
Please ensure that the mobile number on your booking is the mobile you will be travelling with during your stay.
The SMS will provide check-in details for the property including address details, access code/key collection details etc.
Your check in time is 4:00pm – during peak times, early check in is not available due to high occupancy levels.
Please note, your property is supplied with a starter pack of basic amenities including travel size toiletries, toilet paper etc. These amenities are not restocked during your stay. Please bring or purchase additional supplies to last you for the duration of your stay.
NOTE: A security deposit is required before check-in, information regarding this will be sent prior to your arrival. To ensure a smooth arrival please remember to fill in your Pre-Authorisation form and return to holidays@henleyproperty.com.au at least 7 days prior to your booking start date.
