Arrival Information

Property Access:

You will be sent a text message once the property is ready for your check in. Please note that check in time is 4.00pm and we ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in text message.

Snow-Berri is located on the corner of Mackay Street and Roberson Street. When entering the property, the entrance to Unit 1 is closest to the mailbox as depicted below and has its own set of stairs leading up to a wooden panel gate. The lockbox is on the post to the right of the stairs, just above eye level.

Parking Information

Please park in your designated parking spot only once you have received your check in text message. Please note that cleaners and other staff will need access to this parking before check in and after check out to ensure your property is ready on time.

Snow-Berri has under cover parking in the carport to the right of the front door access. There is also additional street parking available on Roberson Street, which is directly across from the property.

Important Information about Your Property


  • Ski and snowboard boots are NOT to be worn inside the property.
  • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.
  • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.
  • Coffee machine cleaned.
  • BBQ cleaned and cover replaced.
  • All rubbish and recycling is to be placed in the outside bins before departure.
  • All lights and AC/Heating is to be turned off on departure.
  • All malfunctioning or broken items are to be reported to the Henley Holidays Team. Call 02 6457 2504 or email

Gas Tanks –

Many properties in the area use gas tanks for heating and/or cooking. From time to time, one tank may empty during your stay, and you will need switch to the other tank. This is a simple and quick process. You must inform Henley Holidays during business hours if you have switched the gas tanks.

Gas Tank Location: – the gas tanks are located in front of the balcony when you approach from Mackay Street. The Dux gas hot water system is located on the balcony to the left of the BBQ as depicted.

Heating and Cooling

There is a split system in the living room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Induction Stovetop

Please ensure when using the induction stovetop that the HOB switch is turned on. It is located on the wall to the left hand side as depicted below.


Bin Location: bins are located at the front of the property when you approach from Roberson Street. These will be put out for collection by ..

Ski/Bike Storage

There is a ski and snowboard storage/drying rack in the first room when you enter the property. You may store additional items in the backyard, however please know this is not secured.

Fuse Box/Electrical Board

If you are experiencing power outages, please first check the fuse box as a switch may have tripped.

Location: Fuse board is located in the backyard to the left of the staircase. The fuse box for Unit 1 is located at the bottom on the right hand side as pictured.
