Property Access

You will be sent an SMS with information on how to access your accommodation once the property is ready for check in. We ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in notification.

Snow-Berri is located on the corner of Mackay Street and Roberson Street. You will find the entrance to Unit 1 closest to the mailbox (refer to image below) with it’s own set of stairs leading up to a wood-panel gate. The lockbox with the keys is located just above eye-level on the post to the right of the stairs.

Important Information About Your Property

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here’s all the information you need about parking:

 

Carport Parking
Snow-Berri features a carport to the right of the front door access that is available for guest use. You are welcome to park your vehicle underneath to keep it secure and protected from the elements.

 

Street Parking
In addition to the carport, there is ample space on Roberson Street for parking.

 

Additional Notes
Please only park in your designated parking spot after you have received your check in text message as cleaners and staff will need access to this parking prior check in to ensure your property is ready on time.

During Your Stay

    • No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property.

 

Code Of Conduct

    • As of the 18th December 2020, all guests must meet the behaviour obligations of the NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct. To view guest obligations click here.

 

Before You Leave

    • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away, or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.

    • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.

    • Coffee machine cleaned.

    • BBQ cleaned and cover replaced.

    • All rubbish and recycling placed in the outside bins.

    • All lights, air-conditioning and heating turned off.

 

Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.

When using the induction stovetop, please ensure that the HOB switch is turned on. You will find the HOB switch located on the wall to the left (refer to the image below).

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, regardless of the weather outside. Below is a brief overview of the heating and cooling options available in your accommodation:

 

    • Split system in main living area
    • Ceiling fans in all bedrooms

To keep your ski and snowboarding equipment safe and secure during your stay, your accommodation offers convenient on-site ski/board storage facilities.

 

You will find a ski/snowboard drying rack with storage in the first room as you enter the property. You are permitted to store additional items in the backyard, however please keep in mind that this area is not secured.

General waste and recycling bins are located at the front of the Roberson Street side of the property (refer to image below). A contractor will attend the outside of the property to put the bins in/out for bin collection day.

It is common for properties in the area to use gas tanks for heating and/or cooking. From time to time, one tank may empty during your stay and you will need switch the connection to the other tank. This is a simple and quick process, please watch this video for step-by-step instructions.

 

Gas Tank Location: In front of the balcony when you approach from Mackay Street. The Dux gas hot water system is located on the balcony and to the of the BBW (refer to image below).

 

If you have switched the connection on the gas tanks during your stay, you must inform Henley Holidays during business hours.

If you are experiencing a power outage, please first check the fuse box for a tripped switch before contacting us.

Fuse Box Location: The fuse board is located in the backyard to the left of the staircase and the fuse box for Unit 1 is located at the bottom on the right hand side (refer to images below).
