Arrival Information

Property Access:

You will be sent a text message once the property is ready for your check in. Please note that check in time is 4.00pm and we ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in text message.

Address: 7/10 Crackenback Drive Thredbo NSW 2625

From the Alpine way turn off into Thredbo Village. Continue along Friday Drive, past the information centre until you reach the ponds on the left, then take Crackenback Drive on the right, drive over the bridge and follow the road for approx 100m. Then take the second right at the Wintergreen Apartments, there is a small sign with “Albina” attached to the bin enclosure turn down the driveway and the apartment is the furthest on the left fork of the driveway. The car park is out the front of the building and the external bin is in a wooden bin enclosure at the start of the driveway.

Once travelling on Friday Drive you will take the right hand turn down Crackenback Drive and across the bridge.

Follow until you arrive at the second driveway on the right and turn at the bin enclosure labelled ‘WINTERGREEN 10 & 8’ and ‘ALBINA’, as shown below, then continue to follow driveway and keep to the left until you reach the front door.

Parking Information

Please park in your designated parking spot only once you have received your check in text message. Please note that cleaners and other staff will need access to this parking before check in and after check out to ensure your property is ready on time.

General parking is available in the Garage for 1 car. Please don’t park in the shared driveway. Overnight parking is available on Friday Drive for additional cars.

Important Information about Your Property

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Ski and snowboard boots are NOT to be worn inside the property
  • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away, or placed in the dishwasher and turned on,otherwise excess cleaning charges will apply.
  • Furniture is to be returned to its original position,otherwise excess cleaning charges will apply.
  • All lights and AC/Heating is to be turned off on departure

Rubbish

All rubbish must be removed from the property on checkout, otherwise excess cleaning charges will apply.

Bike racks in Garage & space for ski storage.

Drying room

Drying Cupboard in the Garage.

Fuse Box/Electrical Board

If you are experiencing power outages, please first check the fuse box as a switch may have tripped.
