We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here’s all the information you need about parking:
Driveway Parking
General parking is at the property for 2 cars. There is one space located in the undercover carport, as depicted below.
Additional Notes
Please only park in your designated parking spot after you have received your check in text message as cleaners and staff will need access to this parking prior check in to ensure your property is ready on time.
Lockbox is located under the railing at the back door.

If you are experiencing a power outage, please first check the fuse box for a tripped switch before contacting us.
Fuse Box Location: On the left hand side of the driveway, next to the bins as depicted below.
It is common for properties in the area to use gas tanks for heating and/or cooking. From time to time, one tank may empty during your stay and you will need switch the connection to the other tank. This is a simple and quick process, please watch this video for step-by-step instructions.
Gas Tank Location: Around the back of the building, on the left hand side of the driveway.
If you have switched the connection on the gas tanks during your stay, you must inform Henley Holidays during business hours.

General waste and recycling bins are located around the back of the house. A contractor will attend the outside of the property on Wednesday to put the bins in/out for bin collection.
There’s nothing quite like cozying up by a crackling fireplace after a day of exploring the Snowy Mountains. If you wish to use the fireplace during your stay, please follow the simple guide below to safely enjoy a fire without smoke.
Please note, firewood is not supplied for this property.

Please feel free to use the BBQ on the front porch. There are cleaning supplies in the kitchen, and we request that after each use you clean the BBQ. If the gas is running low or empty, there is an additional gas bottle underneath the BBQ. Please ensure you let the team at Henley Holidays know. To keep your ski and snowboarding equipment safe and secure during your stay, your accommodation offers convenient on-site ski/board storage facilities.
Please store skis and boards in the carport area or on the balcony. Please store bikes in the carport area.
