Parking Information
Please park in your designated parking spot only once you have received your check in text message. Please note that cleaners and other staff will need access to this parking before check in and after check out to ensure your property is ready on time.
Parking is available only in the double garage. The Garage Remote is located inside entry and needs to be returned back on hook, (if misplaced or lost replacement fee of $250 will occur). The Garage door can also be opened via the button on wall just inside garage entry . There is also a guest parking for the complex located at the top of the driveway on the left hand side of the property entrance. Please note this guest space is for all townhouses and is to be used temporarily only.
Please note that WIFI is provided free of charge and due to the nature of the area, speed and connection cannot be guaranteed.

The property has a number of heating and cooling systems, under floor heating, spilt system in Lounge and main bedroom.
Underfloor heating in the lounge room, bedroom 3 and both bathrooms. They are set to automatically come on.
Lounge floor heating is set at 25 degrees and will automatically come on at 5am to 9 am &4pm to 9.30pm.
Bathroom floor heating is set at 25 degrees and will automatically come on at5.30am to 8.30am &5.30pm to 8.30pm.
Bedroom 3 floor heating is set at 25 degrees and will automatically come on at5.30am to 8.30am &5pm to 9pm.
Drying room is located in Garage – Please keep Drying Room door closed at all times .
All rubbish must be removed from the property on checkout, otherwise excess cleaning charges will apply.
Please note, rubbish is collected Friday (Red Lid General), and every other Monday (Yellow Lid Recycling). Please put only number 4 bins at street level prior to collection days to be collected by the local council.
Bin Location: Located at bottom of Driveway entry, right side as you look at the street.
