We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here’s all the information you need about parking:

 

Carport Parking
Our property features a single allocated park for one car that is available for guest use. You are welcome to park your vehicle inside the garage to keep it secure and protected from the elements.

 

Driveway Parking
In addition to the garage, there is additional unallocated parking at the back of the property.

 

Additional Notes
Please only park in your designated parking spot after you have received your check in text message as cleaners and staff will need access to this parking prior check in to ensure your property is ready on time.

Our property is on the top level of the building and is accessed via the staircase on the left hand side. The lockbox is located on the balcony railing as depicted.

During Your Stay

    • No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property.

 

Code Of Conduct

Before You Leave

    • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away, or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.

    • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.

    • All rubbish and recycling placed in the outside bins.

    • All lights and heating turned off.

 

Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.

If you are experiencing a power outage, please first check the fuse box for a tripped switch before contacting us.

Fuse Box Location: In carport spaces ‘1’ and ‘2’, on the left hand wall.

General waste and recycling bins are located at the bottom of the staircase that accesses the apartment. A contractor will attend the outside of the property on Mondays (recycling) and Fridays (general waste) to put the bins in/out for bin collection.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, regardless of the weather outside. Below is a brief overview of the heating and cooling options available in your accommodation:

 

    • There are wall panel heaters and portable electric heaters in the lounge room. All bedrooms have portable electric heaters.

To keep your ski, snowboarding and biking equipment safe and secure during your stay, your accommodation offers convenient on-site ski/board storage facilities.

 

You can find this facility in the storeroom located off the carport space.
