Arrival Information

Property Access:

You will be sent a text message once the property is ready for your check in. Please note that check in time is 4.00pm and we ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in text message.

Keys for the main house are located in the lockbox at the front door: Front door key and gym door key (downstairs).

Keys for the cabana and garage room are located in the cabana lockbox and are labeled. Please note, the garage room is under the garage below. Please turn the key to unlock and open the door, not the handle.

Please return all keys to their original lockbox.

Parking Information

Please park in your designated parking spot only once you have received your check in text message. Please note that cleaners and other staff will need access to this parking before check in and after check out to ensure your property is ready on time.

Parking is available at the property for 4 cars.

Important Information about Your Property

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Ski and snowboard boots are NOT to be worn inside the property.
  • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.
  • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.
  • All rubbish and recycling is to be placed in the outside bins before departure.
  • All lights and AC/Heating is to be turned off on departure.
  • All malfunctioning or broken items are to be reported to the Henley Holidays Team. Call 02 6457 2504 or emailholidays@henleyproperty.com.au
  • Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.
  • Code Of Conduct

Fuse Box/Electrical Board

If you are experiencing power outages, please first check the fuse box as a switch may have tripped.

Location: Next to downstairs toilet

Rubbish

Bin Location: Next to garage door. Bins collection day is Tuesday, a contractor will come to the property to put the bins in/out.

Heating, Fireplace and Sauna

Deepwater features central air. This can be turned on at the switch on the side of the heaters. There are also remotes on the walls to adjust the temperature.

Some rooms also have electric wall heaters.

Please return all remotes to their original location.

Firewood can be found in the locker next to the garage bedroom.

The Sauna is wood fired. If you wish to use it, please us the kindling provided in the main house to start the fire.
