Arrival Information

Property Access:

You will be sent a text message once the property is ready for your check in. Please note that check in time is 4.00pm and we ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in text message.

You access your parking from The Barry Way. Look for a white, blue and green sign with Alpine Mountain View on it with a brick wall behind it, as depicted below. Please be mindful this is a tight turn into the driveway, follow this driveway up to your 2 parking places.

Parking Information

Please park in your designated parking spot only once you have received your check in text message. Please note that cleaners and other staff will need access to this parking before check in and after check out to ensure your property is ready on time.

You can access the parking garage from the Barry Way as depicted above. There are two spaces once you reach the top of the driveway, one on the left under cover and the second on the right, partially under cover. Both spaces are marked 22 as depicted below, and property access is at the end of the parking lot, up the stairs.

Important Information about Your Property

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Ski and snowboard boots are NOT to be worn inside the property.
  • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.
  • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.
  • All rubbish and recycling is to be placed in the outside bins before departure.
  • All lights and AC/Heating is to be turned off on departure.
  • All malfunctioning or broken items are to be reported to the Henley Holidays Team. Call 02 6457 2504 or emailholidays@henleyproperty.com.au
  • Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.

Heating and Cooling

Reverse Cycle in living room and electric portable heaters in bedrooms.

Rubbish

Bin Location: Bottom of Barry Way driveway in brick enclosure or next to mailbox in Kirwan Close.. Bins collection day is Monday (recycling) and Friday (rubbish), a contractor will come to the property to put the bins in/out.

Fuse Box/Electrical Board

To avoid the possibility of tripping the power circuit we suggest not running too many appliances at the same time.

Location: Fuse is boxBehind front door.

IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGE

Check the fuse board behind the front door.

If all switches are on, take the spanner with you from the hot water cupboard in the kitchen and go down to the garage to carpark 26 at the bottom of the stairs.

The smaller door on the bottom left has a tack screw in it, using the spanner, to loosen the screw to open the door and check the switches are on.

Please tighten the screw a little when done.
