You will be sent an SMS with information on how to access your accommodation once the property is ready for check in. We ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in notification.

We regret to inform our guests that there is no on-site parking available at Kara’s 8. However, there is an unloading area in front of the accommodation (refer to images below) and convenient overnight parking is available on Friday Drive. Please ensure to make arrangements to park your vehicle there during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that WIFI is provided free of charge and due to the nature of the area, speed and connection cannot be guaranteed.

General waste and recycling bins are located outside at the front of the complex (refer to image below).
To keep your ski and snowboarding equipment safe and secure during your stay, your accommodation offers convenient on-site ski/board storage facilities.
You can find these in the entry hallway.
If you are experiencing a power outage, please first check the fuse box for a tripped switch before contacting us.
The fuse box is located outside and to the right of the front door.
