Important Information About Your Property

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here’s all the information you need about parking:

 

Public Parking
There is a public car park behind the building available for parking, accessible via Park Road. You are welcome to park your vehicle here overnight.

 

Street Parking
There is also street parking available on the nearby streets.

During Your Stay

    • No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property.

 

Code Of Conduct

    • As of the 18th December 2020, all guests must meet the behaviour obligations of the NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct. To view guest obligations click here.

 

Before You Leave

    • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away.

    • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.

    • All rubbish and recycling placed in the outside bins.

    • All lights, air-conditioning and heating turned off.

 

Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, regardless of the weather outside. Below is a brief overview of the heating and cooling options available in your accommodation:

 

    • Reverse cycle heating/cooling in main living area

General waste and recycling bins are located in the carpark at the rear of the building. A contractor will attend the outside of the property on Mondays (recycling) and Fridays (general waste) to put the bins in/out for bin collection. You will require a key to unlock the bins. This key is the large key on the set of keys provided at time of check in.

If you are experiencing a power outage, please first check the fuse box for a tripped switch before contacting us.

 

Fuse Box Location: Inside the property, on the left hand side of the hallway by the bathroom door.

We are incredibly lucky to be home to a variety of beautiful wildlife in the Snowy Mountains. If you come across any injured animals during your stay, please contact LAOKO (Looking After Our Kosciuszko Orphans) for assistance. LAOKO is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of injured, orphaned, and sick wildlife in the region.
