Welcome to Kirwan Gardens 3

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here’s all the information you need about parking:

Driveway Parking
There are two allocated parking spaces at the property. To access, drive down to the bottom of the driveway, past the undercover garage and look out for spaces on the right marked ‘3’.

Additional Notes
Please only park in your designated parking spot after you have received your check in text message as cleaners and staff will need access to this parking prior check in to ensure your property is ready on time.

During Your Stay

• • No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property.

Code Of Conduct

• • As of the 18th December 2020, all guests must meet the behaviour obligations of the NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct. To view guest obligations click here.

Before You Leave

• • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away, or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.

• • Furniture is to be returned to its original position.

• • All rubbish and recycling placed in the outside bins.

• • All lights, air-conditioning and heating turned off.

• • Report any malfunctioning or broken items to the Henley Holidays team by calling 02 6457 2504 or emailing holidays@henleyproperty.com.au.

Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, regardless of the weather outside. Below is a brief overview of the heating and cooling options available in your accommodation:

• • Reverse cycle heating/cooling in main living
  • Two oil heaters available in winter – one upstairs, one downstairs

General waste and recycling bins are located in the bin enclosure, next to the driveway. A contractor will attend the outside of the property on Mondays (recycling) and Fridays (general waste) to put the bins in/out for bin collection.

To keep your ski and snowboarding equipment safe and secure during your stay, you are welcome to store your items in the laundry.

If you are experiencing a power outage, please first check the fuse box for a tripped switch before contacting us.

Fuse Box/Mains Location: On the back side of the building (Please see image below).

To watch the free to air channels:

1. Use the remote marked LG TV and turn on the TV.
2. Use the remote marked Sound to turn on the sound bar.
3. On the TV remote, press the Input button and choose Antenna.
4. Ensure the sound bar is on with 2 x blue lights, otherwise you will only hear sound via the TV speakers.

To use streaming services:

There is a Chromecast available for guests who wish to use their own streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Stan, YouTube etc. We do not provide access to these services and your own account will be required.

1. Use the remote marked LG TV and press the Input button and choose HDMI2 Chromecast
2. From your device, connect to the property Wifi named WiFi-0D2D (password details on the fridge)
3. Open your streaming service app from your device and start a movie or show
4. Click the Cast button and choose chromecast1
5. The movie or show will be displayed on the TV.

Sound:

There is a sound bar connected to the TV for improved sound.

1. Use the remote marked Sound to turn on the sound bar.
2. The sound bar will display 2 x blue lights to show it is connected to the TV. If you do not see the 2 x blue lights. Use the Sound remote and press the TV button twice so the 2 blue lights appear.
