We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, regardless of the weather outside. Below is a brief overview of the heating and cooling options available in your accommodation:

    • Underfloor heating in bathrooms and laundry – when required, turn on the control panel on the wall near the light switch inside the bathrooms. The underfloor heating has been scheduled to heat the floors in the morning and again late afternoon/evening.
    • Ducted heating/cooling throughout home – the control panel is situated on the wall between the kitchen and the main bedroom. Touch to activate and the panel will look similar to the depiction below. Select heat or cooling, check the fan is on the desired speed or auto and then adjust to your chosen temperature (suggested not above 22 degrees). As depicted below, there is a section on the right labelled zones – this will enable you to turn the heating or cooling on in the bedrooms. If a bedroom is empty please don’t activate that zone and be mindful of leaving the ducted heating/cooling on when you are out of the property for extended periods. Please turn the air conditioning off before vacating the property.

General waste and recycling bins are located in the driveway. A contractor will attend the outside of the property on Mondays (recycling) and Fridays (general waste) to put the bins in/out for bin collection.

To keep your ski, snowboarding and biking equipment safe and secure during your stay, your accommodation offers convenient on-site storage facilities.
