Property Access:

You will be sent a text message once the property is ready for your check in. Please note that check in time is 4.00pm and we ask that you do not go to the property before you receive your check in text message.

Parking Information

Please park in your designated parking spot only once you have received your check in text message. Please note that cleaners and other staff will need access to this parking before check in and after check out to ensure your property is ready on time.

General parking is available in double garage. Remote is with the house keys, the “1” button will activate the door. Please always view the door closing before driving off.




Please note that WIFI is provided free of charge and due to the nature of the area, speed and connection cannot be guaranteed.

Important Information about Your Property


  • Ski and snowboard boots are NOT to be worn inside the property.
  • Dirty dishes are to be washed and put away or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.
  • Furniture is to be returned to its original position with cover on.
  • Umbrellas when not in use should be covered and returned to the garage. We have high winds, and they will be damaged if left out.
  • BBQ to be cleaned and cover on and returned to the garage cleaned.
  • All rubbish and recycling is to be placed in the outside bins before departure.
  • All lights and AC/Heating is to be turned off on departure.
  • All malfunctioning or broken items are to be reported to the Henley Holidays Team. Call 02 6457 2504 or
  • Excess charges will be applied if the above is not followed.

Gas Tanks

Many properties in the area use gas tanks for heating and/or cooking. From time to time, one tank may empty during your stay, and you will need switch to the other tank. This is a simple and quick process. You must inform Henley Holidays during business hours if you have switched the gas tanks.

Heating and Cooling

Duct system throughout the house. The air conditioner control panel is situated on the wall between the kitchen and the main bedroom. Touch to activate. If its winter, please ensure the controller is set to heat, the fan to auto and then choose the temperature (suggested 19 or 20 degrees). There is an option to air condition the 3 zones (bedrooms). Please ensure that the zones relating to rooms that don’t require air conditioning are turned off with the door to the rooms preferably closed if no-one is using them.

Please turn the air conditioning off when not in the house for any extended period of time. Recommended you turn the air conditioning off for sleeping and use the small electric heaters in the bedrooms if some heat is required. Please ensure you turn the air conditioning off before vacating the property.

Heated Bathroom Floors, when required, turn on the control panel on the wall near the light switch inside the bathrooms. The programmer/remote has been scheduled to heat the floors in the morning and again late afternoon/evening. Jindabyne often has blackouts which result in the remote clock being wrong. To correct the time, open the flap on the right side of the remote, press set1 and set2 simultaneously for a few seconds and then the hour will start flashing. Use the up and down arrows to change the hour. Press set1 to move into the minutes and again for the day of the week etc. Press set1 and set2 simultaneously again to exit the time changing function.

Please don’t try and change any other functions and please remember to turn the heating off before vacating the property.


Bin Location: In driveway. Bins collection day is Monday (recycling) and Friday (rubbish), a contractor will come to the property to put the bins in/out.

Ski/Bike Storage

In Garage there is a drying cabinet on the right side of the wall for boots and clothing. Turn on the power point switch located on the wall between the two cupboards.

For clothing, check the heater within the cupboard is on. Ensure clothing don’t touch the heater. There is also a heater in the laundry that can be sued for clothing items that are not too wet. There is a rail mounted above the bench.

For boots, once the power switch is on the wall is on, turn on the boot dryer in the cupboard. Boots are loaded onto the boot pegs with boot toes pointing upwards. Top switch to be turned to the left to the hand symbol. Lower switch to be turned to the right (ll). Timer is not to be used. To turn off the boot dryer, turn off the top switch.

When the drying Cupboard not in use, please turn the power switch off on the wall off.

Fuse Box/Electrical Board

If you are experiencing power outages, please first check the fuse box as a switch may have tripped.

Location: Fuse box in laundry next to the internal door.

Electrical Board is on the right side of the front building.

Glass Sliding Doors

There is a key to unlock the glass sliding door on the set of keys from the lock box. There is also a bolt on the bottom of the door in the sliding track, that will require pulling up.
